In order to secure your registration and space a full payment must be made at the time of submitting this online sign up form. Unpaid registrations will be considered void one week prior to the class commencement date.
Payments can be made by credit card, Bank Email Transfer, Cheque, PayPal or cash. Cheques must be in Canadian funds payable to: BC Academy of Medical Spa and Skin Care. Registration confirmation / receipt and further information will be sent to the applicant upon receipt of this online form.

that we are able to fulfill your requirements and to deliver you a

Please note, we do not keep your credit card information. Once your payment is processed, your credit card information will be deleted from our system.
Cancellations / Changes and Refunds: Cancellation note should be sent in writing no later than one week prior to the course start date. Fees will be refunded, less a $200.00 processing fee.
